Ok so here's the deal...

I have to take a drug test for work this week because i start next Monday. The results need to be in by the time i start work, and failing is not an option. The rest of my life rests on this job.

I haven't smoked in about 8 days. I used to smoke quite a bit but for the past month and a half brought it down to once or twice a week.

I've been drinking tons of water, and took about 1000 mg of niacin each day, for the past 4 days. I'm also really into working out and workout atleast 4 times a week so that should help a little bit too. I already know drinking tons of water and peeing as much as possible is really important and my best bet for passing the test.

I bought a home drug test, and have the GNC QCarbo herbal clean detox drink that comes with some b vitamins and creatine also.

I'm thinking about taking the home test tomorrow morning when i get up and see what the results are. I'm not confident that i'll pass, so if positive for THC, i plan on taking the drink as directed and go to the clinic and take the test.

I'm not sure if i should say it's for work because i dont want it to come up when they send it to the lab that i tried masking it. My other option is that when i take the home test, if it says negative for THC to just go in without taking the drink, say the test is just for me, and see the results. If i do it this way and fail, then i can go back later in the week with the drink or without it, and this way i give myself a few extra days.

Has anybody tried the QCarbo? Does it come up in the lab at all? And when i go in, do i have to say its for work or not? Obviously i'm trying to find out the results before i say if its for work or not so they don't send in a failed test. I've never taken a drug test before and im really paranoid because this job is really important. thanks for your help

I just took a drug test this past Friday. I stopped smoking for a week, worked out all week, and took niacin for a few days. I woke up the morning of the test drank some power aid, then water and then the Qcarbo herbal clean drink along with the 4 tablets that came with it. It also came with a home drug test, followed the directions directly and before I got to my interview I stopped some where and used the drug test and it came back negative. Had the interview , and couple hours later went to take my test.. I was paranoid that I was waiting too long so I ate the extra tablet that came in the detox kit after my interview on my way to the test. It said only take it if you failed the at home drug test but I took it anyways. I have been paranoid as hell waiting to hear back about my results. The lady interviewing me said they usually have the results in 24 hrs, but didnt hear naything Friday and still havent heard anything from them. I have tried callin the place I took it but everytime I get a voicemail.

My friend who had to do the same for a diff job only stopped smoking for two days prior and passed so Im guessin I should be good to go.. Just really need this job!
