Hey whats up. I figured i would give you guys my situation and tell you what methods ive decided to try and see what you all think about them.

Well, heres the thing. Im out on bond from jail. So i call my lawyer a few days ago and he tells me that when i goto my first hearing on 11-13-08 that im gonna have to speak with a probation officer for pre-trial screening and they are going to drug test me most likely to continue my bond. i had NO idea that this was going to happen. Soooo it goes like this.

I was in jail for 34 days. so i was clean when i got out. Ive been out now for about a Month and ive smoked maybe 4 or 5 times. Bowl twice..blunt twice...no more than twice a week. I havnt smoked since 11-3-08 so by the time i goto court it will be 10 days i havnt.

Naturally when they told me this i freaked out. Cuz obviously i dont want to go back to jail lol. So i started doing alot of research online and this is what i came up with.

Im 6'2" and i weigh 135lbs about 11% body fat. (Super skinny i know lol) and have a REAL high metabolism. I could eat pure fat and not gain any weight. So what ive been and will be doing till court:

Drinking lots of Antioxidant Green Tea (Salada Brand with A C E vitamins)
Drinking this cranergy (cranberry juice) drink with B Vitamins.
Drinking Water also
Excercising daily, Running a mile or more for 6days up until 48hrs before court.
Bought some certo.
And am going to take 4 aspirin before i piss mid stream.
Avoiding Fatty Foods.

Also while i been running I actually put a bag ON (lol) under my sweat shirt to help increase the ammount i sweat. And it increased it drastically. Hopefully to burn some more fat and sweat out the THC.

So what do you guys think? Think i can get clean?

im in the same boat man, got my test in less than a week and i fail, i fail probation. sounds good though same stuff i'm doing, only thing different is i heard its best not to work out 24-48 hours before the test.

Yeah i read that too on another website. so im just gonna stop a few days before. Fuck i dont smoke much as it is and this shit is too nerve racking i think im done.

don't worry, i mean, i know you're gonna worry but im very close to the same weight and passed being a habitual smoker after a week. i popped several cranberry pills every day but idk if that had any influence, just keep doin what you're doin.

I just went out and bought 2 of those First Check drug tests for marijuana. first 1 i just took while 8 days clean doing the things i said Above..except i didnt use the certo and aspirin tricks. It says CLEAN w00t. i drank a good bit of tea today and it was pretty clear tho..so im gonna wait till later and test again to be sure it wasnt because of dilution. Will post second results.

Waited until this morning to take 2nd drug test. Peed when i woke up...used 2nd pee of the day for drug test. Tested negative again. But had a faded line for THC. This is negative at 50-ng/ml.
