I just wanted to give the forum some info that I have learned through reading, asking questions from a friend who collects samples at a hospital and trial and error at home for sustituting samples for employment testing . About the collection process, unless you are on paroll, probabation or your job is requesting you be monitored you will always have privacy when your are doing your test. You will be asked to at the minimum empty your pockets. Some collectors may ask you to take up your shirt, turn your belt and maybe take off your shoes and a slight pat down (never happened to me). He said it depends on the person that works there.
Make sure you have your sub sample jocked, preferably in your taint area/ass crack. Women probably under their tit or lodged in the same area as a guy. As far as the most important thing is temperature. The cups have a range of 90-100 degrees on them. Any sample that falls in that range must be accepted, no questions asked (federal statute). Someone said on this site that the strips log and hold the highest temp when you pour the sample in meaning if it was too hot you would fail. That is incorrect the strip is like any other it will decrease in temp with time. My advice is to go into the stall/bathroom and wait a minute or so, then take out your sample and shake it hard a few times, pour it in and get it to the collector ASAP. The sample will lose a couple of degrees from when you pour it in to when you hand it over so don't take too long once you make the change.
The way I did my sustitution is first of all get someone piss that's clean and if you can't get it the day of your test freeze it. I wouldn't keep it in the fridge longer than say 18 hours at the max as it will start to turn and grow stuff. What I used for a container was one of those 2 oz. "5 Hour Energy Drink" bottles that they sell at convenience stores. I put a small temp strip on it. I did not use any heat packs. After a lot of testing at home I found if you put the sample at room temp into your container (at least 2 oz. min) and microwave it for 8-10 seconds then put it in your taint. After taking many measurements over time it seemed the temp held at about 97.3 to 98.2 was measured in times between 1-2 hours. Now if you have a differernt timeline then that maybe you needed the heat packs but if its gonna be between 1-2 hours from when you pack it away to your test you should be good to go.
The most important thing is to relax, small talk the collector and be nice and all should go according to plan. If anyone has anything to add or dispute I would like to hear from them. I don't know it all, but I really tried to do this right so maybe there's probably a few things I can learn too. Good Luck.

idea: if a chick were to put the sample in a test tube (or something else phallic) and keep it in her vag....wouldnt it hold the perfect temp?

Do NOT Vaginally secrete any Glass item. Also if the item is plastic and porus steralize and the object use rubber gloves and LUBE.

You wouldent think these warnings would be necessary but belive me there are some barely able to read and in desperate shape that might think OH I have a test tube in my old chem set in the basement...
