rights as a testee

first off a lil background, im not on probation parole or anything
just a regular pre employment thing

ok so recently i tried a sub,
now the first time the temp read over so she threw out the sample,
the next time after i had 2 glasses of water it was the same urine and read fine on the strip, SHE THREW IT OUT!!!
after that when i was ready for another she called in some man who didnt even work in the facility to watch...he eagerly watched me pull out my dick so im like wtf i handed him the cup grabbed my id and left

is this right
are they breaking any rules and are there any rules

also she said she heard noises thats why she threw it out, im wearing a fucking belt ya know

You have the right to walk out, and that's pretty much it.

Personally, I think drug testing is a company's way of warning it's new employees that it doesn't think of them as human.
