Some info on an at-home test vs. a lab test?

I had tried posting this in a diff. area but people were just looking at it rather then helping me out, so I will try here

I was offered a great job a week ago and was told I needed to take a drug test before hand (I knew this anyways because my friend works at the same place and told me you need to drug test). I smoke occasionally, not every day, not even once a week, and when I do its a bowl or a blunt between 3-4 people. Before this test I had been abstaining from smoking for about 2 and a half weeks, 2-3 days before the test I got a Redi-Test dip panel from my hubby's mom (who happens to work at a rehab hospital so I am assuming the test was lab-quality). Anyways, that test was negative quickly (within 1-2 minutes, the directions said it could take up to 5 min). I took the required test at LabCorp on Monday and the nurse told me the company would get the results in 2-3 business days, but the place I was offered a job has still not called me back. Is there any chance the lab test I took came out positive?
