SALIVA TEST questions?

I concerned with my new Job there are going to be gibing me a SALIVA test. Any facts or past experience about this would be greatly appreciated. PS I was smoking allot and have stopped to make sure im clean I just want to know the facts of it all.

brush your fucking teeth alo with hydrogin peroxide and toothpaste ALOT. mad altoids red box i mean alot of peroxide like 3 or four of those big ass bottles from the pharmacy . you can mix with water 50/50 mix but i did full on hydrogen peroxide shit ! , make it burn in your mouth DO NOT FUCKING SWALLOW IT ! FOR REAL! IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE GONNA SWALLOW SPIT RINSE REPEAT !
do this of a few days before the hte test to clean out and regenerate the cells right before the test grab a mouth full of altoids stuff them in your mouth where the swabwill be and suck till you feel the altoids sticking and making a home in the side of your gum s
i stopped blazing for 41 hours and did this tested my self using a oral alert saliva tester very good test ! came up neg for shit even though i been getting high since 01 everyday from 4 pm to 6am , good??
