Can illicit drug use be detected in the gallium test?

My best guess would be no, as it specifically is not looking for drugs (not looking for a chemical)....however any organ affected detrimentally by drugs would/could be detected.

examples are dead liver from booze

corroded lungs from smoking

a sore ass , from taking dumb tests

Had the test and you were right, it did not show any signs of use
