Blood test.

Long story short, I was charged with DUI-drugs a few nights ago. The officer was sure I had been smoking the evil green grass when in fact I havn't smoked in weeks. No buds, no bags, no papers, no pipes, no smell in the car. So I spent a night in county for absolutely no reason. Fuckin pigs.

Basically I just need to know how far back a blood test can possibly test. Like I said, I havnt smoked in several weeks and take no other drugs.

Hey man! here you go try to look at this Drug test - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia basically for blood test the longest detection period is 7 days and it depends on what drugs did you take

Blood tests are generally used to test for alcohol, not drugs of abuse.
When used, blood tests for actual THC (not THC breakdown products). I don’t know how far back it can detect THC. I would be very surprised, however, if it went back even a week.
