long time smoker needs ur thoughts.

So I've been smoking heavily for about 10yrs plus and new years was my last time. I'm about 5'8" 190 and have some body fat mainly in the gut area. Now I've heard it can take me at least 90 days to test clean, I've been lucky not to have to take a drug test until now since I've been applying for a new job... Not even sure if ill get tested. What would you suggest to help my chances.

Generally three weeks after cessation of THC before you test negative. There is a study however, in which THC users tested positive a little over two moths out.
You can improve your chance of testing negative by using a dilution technique and testing yourself with a home kit..
