So I toke daily. Today I was told I have an interview in a week, and I know they give you a urine test at the interview. I'd say my daily intake is about a bowl a day. Now I'm not very active, but I have very little fat on me. I'm about 129-133 pounds on average and about 6 feet tall. I also have a very fast metabolism. My question is regarding what I should do to detox. I am pretty confident I could pass a test in a week if I'm not smoking, and exercising. Is this all I can do? I know to drink a lot of water, but everyone knows drinking water doesn't detox you because THC is fat soluble. I heard something about drinking vinegar water and cranberry juice (the bitter shit). Also Gatorade, but I heard that the NaCL (salt) in Gatorade negatively effects the detox process.

Thanks for anyone with advice. I know I'm not going to find some magical answer, just looking for some clarity.

Ok so I did a little internet searching and we all know how reliable things on the internet can be. I found this. Has anyone tried any of these "remedies" or something similar? Exercise is a must, but would any of the others actually help?

However if you're going to be tested AT the interview, it'll probably be oral swab, quit smoking right now and you'll be fine for that kind of test.

God damn I hope one day employers figure out that pot doesn't cause stupid or dishonest and they're missing out on some good people.

See that is kind of a problem as everyone I know (or would be comfortable asking) smokes, and is in worse shape or smokes way more than me. Only one person I know (who smokes) I would consider. He passed a drug test in 1 day. From what I was told he smoked a joint the day before, the next day he pissed for a friend, friend passed. I don't know about asking him anymore because this was when he was very active and worked out.

I agree with the substitution recommendation for a urine test.

You are OK if it is an oral fluid test.

It would probably take at least two weeks before you test negative on a urine drug screen.

The recommendation to increase fluid intake has nothing to do with increasing the excretion of THC by-products. Being well hydrated at the time of the test will dilute the urine resulting in a lower amount of THC-COOH in the sample.

There is chance that you might test negative on a very dilute sample. It would have to be so dilute however, that it would likely be reported as “negative dilute.” This could require a recollection or other action depending on the type of test (DOT vs. Non-DOT/ employer’s policy).

Substitute means going down to your local headshop and purchasing some pharmaceutical grade urine, packaged with all the things you will need to substitute correctly, NOT asking around to find someone who is clean.

That is dishonest.

I put my own urine (hey, I BOUGHT it, it's mine) in the cup every time and haven't failed yet.

i always stop 7 days before a drug test and consume lots of green tea. and run or get my cardio up to sweat everyday you dont have to run i skate and i do that everyday and sweat alot and piss mid stream (dont use first or last of your piss) and thats always worked for me but i've never had a saliva test or hair test just urine tests
