Substitution for girls

So, I found this site very helpful when preparing to substitute for a urine test, but did not find much information specifically for the ladies. Well, here is my experience that I can share. Using a condom was really hard, I personally did not have the um...strength to hold it in, maybe more kegals? Ha. Plus I was so paranoid that it would break or something. Also, breaking it is harder than you think unless you bring scissors or something, don't count on your fingernails.

I found the little travel bottles you find at target to work best, 3 ounce ones were a bit big, but doable. I could not find 2 oz ones which would have been perfect. I had some urine from my husband, who I KNOW is clean. I keep some frozen for emergencies, and so he can smoke every once in a blue moon with me. We have THC home test kits just in case as well. I have found it stays the perfect temperature for as long as you need it to, no worries there. Don't start with it too hot though, it does not cool down very fast at all. I start with it at around 99 degrees, and it will stay around 98.6 the entire time. No joke, it stays perfect. So relax, and good luck!

Isn't there something different about male/female urine or is that just pregnant ladies vs men's urine?

I've only pee once in my life and I just stopped smoking for a month.

I think there's normal hormonal ranges that are different for em but they prolly wouldn't check that at the pain clinic. ummm have you thought about just telling your doc you're considering medical marijuana as an option? mebbe he'll be open minded.

Lawgirl, I hate to ask but exactly how did you get the urine from you to the test cup? Was anyone watching? Did the bottle have a flip-open top? Don't feel bad, I'm easily confused!
