help me pass a urine test

Hello everyone.

I received an offer for a job that I want to accept, however it has a drug screening attached to it. Do you think that THC is still in my system based upon my stats:

5'9
165

I last smoked ~10 days ago, I am a very infrequent smoker, prior to that I had last smoked approx. 3-4 weeks earlier, and prior to that it was probably months before. I am looking at being around 15-16 days from smoking by the time I take my test, with any luck I will have more time than that.

Do you think it will still be in my system? I am searching the forum to try and find ways to help out like exercise or diluting. Can anyone recommend the best course of action based on my story? I am new to this whole deal, thanks in advance I know you guys probably deal with this same question 24/7

You should test negative now. An infrequent user should test negative within 3-5 days after use.
To be on the safe side, I would drink a little extra water/coffee and not use the first urine of the day.
If your use is as reported, you have nothing to worry about.

If you are in California, make sure you vote.
