so i had a job interview about an hour ago and they snuck upon me with a saliva test. i consumed opiates and cannabis less that 24 hours earlier and im pretty sure im gonna fail the test. i was wonderin what if anything i could do to rectify the situation ?

I'm not sure if that's legal.

I mean I don't know for sure on the islands brah but here they have to send out for lab work unless you're already an associate (read wage slave) but even then unless it's DOT you have 3 hours to get to an off site lab and they can't watch you pee for a pre-employment test.

Fuck it, they call, great. They don't, you prolly rather not work for those dicks anyway.




I'd have walked, thank you very much but I'm not so desperate for work at the moment that I'll let you climb up my asshole, suppose they want a credit check for the McDonalds counter help job too?

I would think such a test would test for immediate use, not for something that was done a day ago. Like a breathalyzer, if you will.

I think if you smoked within 2 maybe 3 days of a saliva test you have a good chance of failing. They're pretty sensative..

most places around pittsburgh are running backround checks on potential employees besides drug tests.

I've smoked a blunt on the way to a saliva test and passed. Its the least precise method they have. If you can hold out for 48-62 hours you should be in the clear.

I say take the damn spit test, you have a good chance of passing and if not, keep looking! And maybe consider cleaning up till you actually have a job. Its hypocritical of me to say this, but I'm still jobless and thats why.
