I recently got into trouble with some friends for damage of public property and I got a court date this Wednesday the 23rd. I didn't get into trouble for marijuana but we had some with us and a bowl which my friend threw into the forest a good ways before the police saw it. I'm not sure if they searched the surrounding area and found the bowl but in case they did, I wanted to make sure I could pass a drug test.
I am NOT a chronic or even weekly user of weed, I started back in september or october and only did it on the weekends. Then maybe two months ago I would smoke almost every night, just one bowl, so not a lot of weed at all. Did that for maybe 2 or 3 weeks. I stopped that, went back to weekends only for about two weeks, then stopped altogether for two whole weeks. Then the third week of that break of weed i smoked on a saturday. and this past friday/saturday I smoked again. Again, one bowl each time. (However the previous weekends before the 2 week tolerance break i would do 2-3 SHARED bowls with two friends)
I am a big dude, 6'8 almost 300 pounds, but like I said i have not been smoking for years, just months, and I haven't smoked more than two days in a row (and that was just once) since like two months ago.

Would the court drug test me even if the crime got committed a month ago?
(I'm not on probation)
Would they notify me that I was going to be drug tested before actually going in?
Would they notify me that they found a bowl and/or weed and charge me for possession before i got to court? (i was never charged for possession however i had a lighter on me that they found and we were in the woods) one cop asked me if i smoked pot and i said no
What can I do between now and the 23rd to fully ensure I will pass the test if i have one?

Stop smoking and try exercising and lots of fluids. They shouldn't drug test you yet until they put you on supervised probabtion if you get it. They would have already charged you with the crime bc in my state @least you have to be charged within 72hrs of the incident. If you have to take a urine screen your probation officer will let you know he'll do RANDOM tests.. Good Luck and don't damage other peoples shit! Lol
