calm yourself friend. what measures have you taken to help yourself in this situation?

you were probably devoid of thc metabolites before you smoked, and taking 2 hits is not going to saturate your system with thc/ metabolites, its likely that its all left your system by this point.

your best bet is to try and urinate at least 1 time before your test. youll want to drink gatorade or something with vitamins/ electrolytes so that your urine doesnt become dilute and basically all water, they may fail you for that.

i think you are safe, especially if you dont give the first pee of the day.

and, not that this matters to you much, but you cant undo what youve done so you might as well do all that you can to pass and not stress too hard in the mean time.

good luck

good advice geeno. the extra fat keeps you from processing too many stored metabolites, and creatine levels are a major test for dillution. steak >creatine pills because with pills you can overdo it and it becomes obvious...when your piss is pretty clear but its reading extremely concentrated...and just with creatine. steak is a safe bet though, and mad tasty

Thanks for the updates Roach. I see stuff happening around the world, but I don't always feel posting/talking about it. It's shitty enough without going on about it, in rounds for days on end. I try to say that for really important stuff, because you and you all do a pretty decent job bringing stuff to light in post form. Thanks for that.
