do you ever smoke? are you skinny or do you have alot of fat on you?

if you never smoke and just took 2 hits of weed i tend to think youd be ok. i dont think that would be enough for a clear positive result unless they are (for some odd reason) doing a GC/MS test. those are really expensive to run so im guessing they arent doing that

you could try working out really hard every day until the day before the test. that would probably mobilize any thc that somehow found its way into fat storage. you wouldnt want to workout on the day of the test as you might mobilize some thc in your fat and cause it to be excreted in your urine.

i think youre ok.

look up dillution on these forums. the more water is in your piss the less concentrated it is, although too much is a bad thing.

fill the cup mid stream.

DO NOT use the first piss of the day


cutting fat before the test is good, but the day or two before is bad, thats when you wanna be putting on new fat to lock it all up
