Drug test this Monday afternoon (8/15)

I know this has been asked about a hundred times but it seems pretty specific to the person, so I'm asking. My bf has a drug test to take this Monday in the afternoon.

It's a urine test. We were out of pot for a while, but wound up picking up a half an oz. on Wednesday the third. We shared the half and were pretty much completely out as of the following Wednesday (the tenth). We're heavy smokers, but we hadn't smoked for weeks before that, and have not smoked at all since Wednesday. My bf is 5'10 and about 140 lbs. He just started drinking water like a fiend and is considering vinegar, but I'm reading conflicting advice concerning the vinegar.

Any suggestions and is there any chance of him passing this thing? It's not being done at a lab, I believe someone is coming in to administer the urine test at the place where he works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... I always come here because you guys are always so helpful.

It doesn’t look good.

Maybe substitution.

Maybe drinking an incredible amount of fluids (which may result in a negative-dilute requiring a recollection in a few days).

Maybe refusing the test and seeking employment elsewhere.
