Test in 2 days
Hey everyone, first ever post, this seemed like a good place to get solid advice on my situation.
Stopped smoking 3 weeks ago
Smoked more or less everyday since september, about a half g or a little more a day.
I've been lifting around 3 times a week for about 6 weeks, with a few random runs thrown in.
I Intermittently fast: I don't eat anything until around 6 pm, then eat a full days worth of food until about midnight. I eat mostly meat, fruit, vegetables, fish, nuts. Cook with olive/coconut oil often. Only drink water and coffee, and I try to drink a liter and a half or 2 every day.
I've gained a fair bit of muscle in that 6 weeks, and with IF I've also seen a greater decrease in body fat.
From what I've read I feel as though I'll pass, my only concerns are:
I've only had 3 weeks to detox and have been a chronic smoker for a few months. I also eat fatty foods, not a shit ton but I certainly didn't cut back during this 3 week break. That said, my overall BMI has surely fallen over the past 3 weeks.
edit: Should be a urine test.
2nd edit: The test is March 21, in 2 days
