spots on leaves; bud phase

Please help. I am a medical Can-bis patient in Colo.
I have only 3 ladies and the first one to go into flower has developed spots on the leaves all over. She has small puffy buds the size of nickels; strain is Super Silver Haze, about 3 months old.
I am growing indoors with floros, 3' plant, 12/12 lighting with warm bulbs around 2500 Kelvins.
Soil is Basic Peat Moss in 5 gallon bucket with drain holes. I use hi P bat guano and sea kelp plus alfalfa in a tea with the water every other watering or about 2x week.
I wait until the bottom fan leaves start to wilt downward then water; first with tea then 2-3 days later with pure water.
I have a PH tester and everything seems balanced OK. ANy idea's why these spots?

Thanks bros and sistas
