Genetics question...

Will the clone of a mother be the same as the clone of a clone of the mother? I know that confusing, but hopefully you can understand. I couldn't think of a better way to ask it.

A clone has the exact same genetics as the mother ad nauseum. You are taking a living piece if tissue and making an exact copy... genetically.
Outside influences will maybe change the way it grows out and the yield. But the genetics are the genetics.

Thanks, I am debating on budding out the mothers and just growing another mother or keeping the original mothers in veg. Which way would you go?

This is totally correct. I want to add one thing....

Very rarely, a plant will produce a branch that is genetically mutated. If you were to clone this particular branch, the mutation would carry on to the new plants. Having said that I will say that this is an extremely rare thing to happen in nature, and I have never seen or heard of it happening with cannabis.
