Jack X Chitral, 1st grow, need help - Page 3

this is out of nowhwere but it freaks me out to know that most of that plants structure was formed from the carbon in our atmostphere! its made of the air we breathe!

Thanks Danda, I appreciate the feedback; the nutes were changed yesterday and CalMag was used instead of Epsom Salts. The temps are higher due to the addition of the HPS but there is a fan blowing and the air temps are around 76F right now; much better than normal. The res temps are 70ish. Penetrator and Reverse was applied last night and they might be reacting to that as well. Keep that feedback coming; thanks again.

Danda, I have tried to maintain as much organic nutes and medium in my grows as possible. The exception has been the DM products on this grow. Reverse because I have had many problems with males and hermies and Liquid Light because of what results I have seen. Hydro, for me, has proved to be less time consuming than soil grows or some outdoor grows.

Thanks Farmer; yes I have but not of this one. These are clones of a plant that did not make it through veg so I have no idea what the sex is; so far she (I hope like hell it is a she) is not exhibiting any of the signs of the ailment its mother had; growing them in coco. Thanks again Farmer; I will post more pics later this week.

I gotta tell ya. I have been germing twice what I expect to flower, then I always have the girls I need. Killing a weak female isn't as tough as it used to be

I agree Dan that it takes at least 2x as many germing but in my case, in the this current grow, it is take 10x. I only got 1 out of 10 that has become female.

I can see why you are a little perturbed* with regular seeds. Make sure you wash your hands well before handling seedlings, might be affecting the energies needed for females.
