what bulbs do i use?

I have two dual bulb florescent ballasts. I have one daylight and cool white bulb in each. Which bulbs do i need to get optimal growth for a veg room. I already have a dual hps/mh ballast for a flower room. I wanted to just use hps for that, so it would be a flower room. I want my florescents for a separate veg room. Can anyone tell me, which bulbs are the good enough for the veg room. Im not gonna invest in another hid setup. Thanks in advance.

You're looking for a blue-ish light to simulate summer for veg; so out of those two the cool white is the best.
