you should mention which brand(s) have the offgassing problem. i know what thread youre talking about, and from what ive read, and could tell with personal experience (i own a secret jardin dr60), these problems happen with i believe the hydrohut grow tents, but i cant exactly remember. i do know though that the secret jardin tents have no offgassing issues.

and offgassing is when the material of the growtent (or whatever is causing the problem) starts breaking down due to heat, water, time, use, ect... which causes the material to release toxic fumes/chemicals which kill your plants.

there is also a thread about the offgassing problems of a certain type of tube that hydro growers use alot. i believe the brand of tube is called n-p-e, or something like that.
