I was like you,I new I had it. iy onlt took me about 30 minutes of looking for the right book. I'm glad in came out nice and clear

This chart gave me a general idea of when I should harvest. Since I grow out doors. But I still took a magnifying glass to them. I figure this chart should help the beginner so they don't loose thier crop.

well i have no clue how to read that it hurts my mind but anyway i grow in michigan witch is north america and flowering has been going on for a while now and i got some nice premature buds some are forming colas quicker then others but the nice girls always finish last!! eh but anyway i start the germination in spring as soon as the weather is warm enough like when u can where shorts and a T shirt all day and be set.... so then i get em in ground asap and let the nature do the rest so im definatly flowering now and im wondering if i should wait till end of sept. or let the plant grow as long as weather permits i know the white hairs turn color and some are mostly only on very tops but some are turning red and fire like colors instead of just white hairs but idk when i should harvest

Mr Probation, I have a question for you, and an answer for you.
To tell when you have to harvest, you'll want to invest in a magnifying glass with at least 30x magnification. Aside from the colour of the hairs, look at the trichromes (the whole part of the "crystal") and harvest when they are turning an amber, or bronze colour. Of course, it's a matter of personal preference as well. If you harvest a week or so before "peak", your buds will give you more of a "upper" high, and less of a "stupid, hazy" high. However, in the last two weeks before peak harvest time (peak meaning they are ripe, potent, and have the desired weight) the buds will nearly double in weight. So, if you're going to sell some of your stash, you may want to wait for those plants to fully mature, so that you're making your money from the weight.

My question... How did you get that name?

PS... thisbuds4u, thanks for the chart. I haven't looked at it yet, but I'm sure it will come in handy.

well i do plan to sell a bit to friends and what not and i have noticed the buds getting bigger but lately not so much alot of the shaders are dead on the ground and theres almost a 50/50 ratio of white hair to orange fire colored hair on most .. the entire garden area is like sweet stench of ganja..
so im thinkin 3 of them are about ready cuz they are smaller and even the buds on the bottom have orange and the shaders are dead and fallen but theres the other 4 that are still getting Phatter? so im just waiting and watching....
