Issue with screen size, kinda...

Used to be that if someone posted a rather large attachment, the one post would be elongated and you would have to use the scroll bar to see the whole thing, the rest of the posts would stay (a term I just discovered) fluid. Now if someone posts a large attachment, the whole forum gets as elongated the same as the post with the attachment.

I likeded it the way it was, I don't wanna scroll all the way over into Flamingnun sized resolution to see whats there.

Can we fix it, or am I just hosed?!

I am aware of this. I was thinking of installing an Image Resizer.

The only problem with that is it will shrink all images to 1000px width or less. If someone has a large resolution and the forum width set on 100% the image will still shrink for them.

I'll give it a go though cause I here ya, it annoys the crap out of me too

sorta wondering what's going on with this.....every single page, pic, sentence,.......well everything, I have to scroll over to see the whole thing. Could it be my settings? or is it everybody?
Not at all fun to read the posts this way.

It's your resolution.

To change the "width" setting to go your User CP - Edit Options - Forum Width. Set this to a %(maybe 80%) and you should be allset.

Be aware ladies and gents, I believe this solution is for those of you like Flamingnun who have GIANT monitor space and don't need the pics re-sized.

I have mine set at 100% and the forum is back to the way it worked before for me, posts fitting the size of my browser, whatever the size of my browser.
