thread archive

is it possible (easy) to just categorize the threads into the dif forums now like a 'yahooka within a yahooka? youd still need to ask to have it moved so you can post init and all. it just can take a long time to find a thread in the massive jungle of threads.

if its too difficult/time consuming, no worries

I think the intention was to just have them searchable again.

I would recommend thinking of who started it and then searching their 'started threads'

There is a lot of stuff in there. There is also a lot of defunct super bowl 2002 threads and the like as well.

If you want to systematically send us links for refiling that would be okay. Like here are a chunk of 15 links that are all.... "x"...

The most useful feature is that this is a way for people to see their old old posts again re-read them and bump if they want.

When you go to the forum under the lists and lists of page numbers there is a "search this forum" pop out......Also when you go to "search" and "advanced search" there is an "Archived Threads" option there.

Are those things not there on your list or is the shitty search engine just acting up?

I've been able to see and search it for months. So it's good to know what members are seeing.

Good, I'm glad RE checked in, because all I can really do is figure out the situation and report it back to RE anyways
