Hiya

I have a technical question.

Is there anyway to get posts from the last 24 hours even if you have logged in during that time period and got new posts already? I can only get new posts since my last log in and half the time I get interrupted and have to log out and come back to it later.

short answer ya its definitely possible.

use the search function and go to "advanced search". from there you can input whatever date range you want to see posts from

The "Quicklinks" drop down list at the top of the page and "get todays posts"

Log in, log straight out again, log in again, check new posts. There aren't any unless someone posted in that time- you'll be given the option of checking all posts in the last 24hrs.

Yeah, me too, but I eventually come across them. I browse around the first few pages or so of the forums sorta semi regularly anyway. For the most part tho, the "new posts" works good for me.
