Huge pics

What's the best way to resize my pictures so they aren't HUGE when I post them? Most of them are from my iphone.

Are you fucking.. fucking kidding me --- see this is what it's come to -- you might as well google search fucking "how do I problem solve" or "how do I think??"" Jesus fucking...

No lol I'm kidding. Pretty much every photo editing program has the ability to do this. Open your preferred photo editing program and consult 'Help' for the specific details on how to accomplish such a feat.

MS Paint is oddly useless in this area (at least with Win8)

A few ways,
you can use old paint versions, the 'stretch & skew' method, not very satisfactory.

Microsofts 'Image resizer' works good but thats all it does.

Image Resizer Powertoy for Windows XP - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download.com

Paint dot net works really well, is an excellent all around graphics program, a "free" program that is like a stripped down photoshop, excellent scaling ability. A version for XP 'and' for newer windoze versions.

Paint.NET - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download.com

Use the installer(s) from CNET, jerks are out there with various closely named crap toolbars, advertising, etc.

I use paintdotnet, and not to piss anyone off, I do get irked sometimes with the 'occaisional' ultra-high rez image(s) U/Led elsewhere & here, "5 min to load next topic and/or page"

If you're looking for a photoshop alternative I'd go for GIMP over Paint.Net

Paintdotnet is a whole lot simpler than gimp, etc. For simple editing "and image scaling", pdn is ideal in my opinion, Ive tried both gimp & photoshop, unless you use 'em a lot, theres way too much to 'remember' & or 'forget' how to use. PDN is freeware with nothing added, you can donate, , , , but not necessary

Well... in either program.. and pretty much any image program.. image scaling is simple.

I mean it's such a rudimentary function that it really doesn't matter what you use.
