You left out the fact the two most dangerous drugs known to man are both legal and were conveniently left out of the Food and Drug Act of 1906, those being tobacco and alcohol. It's okay to sell recreational drugs that either ruin people's health, or kill them outright. Just don't use the safest drug known to man.
I seriously hate the Amerikkan Government for this very reason.
