It's troubling to think about Dubya in that time period. The greatest trajedy is man without information. And man was neglected that vital info back then,especially about ganja. Wow,people would've undoubtedly ate up his state of the union address,even people of logic could of been bombarded with the jingoistic views that we are thrusted upon today.

George Bush=Probably the most secretive administration in history. Which is all allegedly justified for Homeland Security reasons.
