yeah, that's on my list too... I have billions of ideas around the house for curtains and covers for tables/ dressers, etc (simple stuff... no clothes...hehe) ... but I have my grandma's old sewing machine which is cool to have but doesn't work
... time to buy a new one. I want to make me an apron for the garden out of old cover alls so it's durable... I need something to carry my clippers and a note-pad and pen and such while I'm out there.
