Mail weed...... yes you can in small amounts... I do it all the time.
Wrap it in plastic, leaving a small air pocket. Then seal it really good in duct tape (over lap the tape) and leave no open spaces. Then draw a line on the duct tape with a permanent marker showing whoever where to cut. Take 4 to 6 really strong sticks of incense and tape the wood part down on the duct tape on both sides of the package. Wrap the package in bubble wrap. Put in a box with styro peanuts all the way around and seal the shit out of it. Use a return address of say Magic Incense Inc. fake address, city, state. and Wella!
If it gets lost or confiscated there is no trace where it came from and your really not out much.
I mail trade with a friend in Washington, I send her weed and she mails me oxycontin or vicodn when I need it.
LOL... I'm always in the market.
I've never had a problem with this method in over 10 years.
