no....im still waiting to prove me wrong? If you can give me an example of somebody who was arrested who would not have been if their phones werent tapped "illegaly". I'll admit im wrong just give me an example.
And im not missing the point. You still have the freedom to talk on the phone and say whatever the fuck you want. I just wouldnt make plans to kill the president or blow up a building (you should be doing neither of them fyi). Your freedom is not being restricted unless you feel a repercussion of something you would not have before. AKA...someone who has been arrested who would not have been otherwise because of wire tapping
