And im not missing the point. You still have the freedom to talk on the phone and say whatever the fuck you want. I just wouldnt make plans to kill the president or blow up a building (you should be doing neither of them fyi). Your freedom is not being restricted unless you feel a repercussion of something you would not have before. AKA...someone who has been arrested who would not have been otherwise because of wire tapping

So if my phones were tapped illegally there would be a way of finding this out? If I got busted I guess they'd tell me at trial that they got their info from illegal wiretaps.
