there is such thing as drinking too much water. it dilutes your serum sodium which can lead to "water intoxication" A couple of years ago kids were doing it as a form of hazing. They would get kids to slam 2 gallons of water with in an hour. Two of them died. One gallon should do you just fine two hours before the test. two gallons the day before is good too. just don't over do it.
