Yeah. I did like 30 push-ups and like 20 sit-ups until my back couldn't handle it earlier. I thought about lifting some weights but my back hurt.
And my physical therapy back exercises.
I'm trying to gain weight also. In march I was really sick and got down to 137. I'm 6,0. I'm up to 155 now, which is healthy, but since I've been gaining muscle I'd like to continue that trend.
