The "good morning" exercise I know is where you lift the bar off the rack as if you were going to squat it. Keep your legs spread out at least shoulder width, you then bend at the waist until your back is near parallel with the floor. Keep your knees slightly bent. One should use saftey racks if doing heavy gm's otherwise you can fuck yourself up.
