For mites, try Sunlight (brand) dishwashing liquid, diluted 1 drop to 3 oz water. 12 oz = 4 drops, 16 oz = 5 drops.
Mist the plant with this, make sure you get under the leaves.
Let dry 20 minutes.
Mist/rinse with clean water.
Do this 2 ot 4 times daily till the mites go away, then every other day for a week, then once a week.

That one leaf looks more gnawed than anything to me, like from a caterpiller or wandering herbivorous bug.
Can you actually see the bugs? If they look like tiny red slivers, or tiny gnats, those are (semi) ok. If you have to use a magnifier, and find them under/inside your leaves, and see little tiny webs under your leaves... that's more like mites. Tiny green caterpillers (inchworms & smaller) are also sometimes hard to spot.
