I agree with Peace Seeker. See if you can get some good indica (my personal favorite because I like to be mellow and sleepy when I smoke). But more importantly, and I've said this many times before to many different people, LOWER YOUR DOSE! Take one good hit and wait for 15 minutes or so to see how you feel, then if you want more, have more and wait again. If your friends gives you shit about not smoking enough then dont smoke with them anymore.
You're simply smoking too much hence the panic attacks, I've been there many times too. They suck.
