One time I smoked after 6 weeks of cessation and experienced kind of the same symptoms. My heart rate was uncomfortably increased, I had extreme paranoia, and I had these uncontrollable shakes. Kind of like how you shake when your cold, but it was 80 degrees out at the time. Me and my friend were on a dock out on a lake. The shakes were shaking the whole dock!!! I am 100% certain it was the weed. I'm not sure what the exact diagnosis was, but I'm certain it was the chronic.
