Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell Upright Rows - 4 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell Curls - 8 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extensions - 8 sets of 10 reps
