I'm gonna start doing the cable fitness shows again. I like the pilates and some yoga. I like that little muscle in my stomach, to me being attractive (ie total package) does include some muscle definition... and hell I just like the adrenaline.
Exercise can be it's own high if you genuinely enjoy physical activity, breaking a good sweat and strength and endurance... to me it's not enough to merely exist... I need to be strong and feel it. Nothing does that feeling like good rousing exercise. bongsmilie
