No, I don't think yoga will help much in that direction but that's just my opinion. Yoga is for achieving a different end entirely to me.
edit: correction any activity is good and you will benefit however small over time. But when I think of muscle definition and the kind of people who want it, they would genrally not choose to pursue the long uneventful process of yoga to get there? See what I mean?
