Mold on my mother plant

Hi all,

I have a lemon skunk clone that I am keeping as a mother plant for future crops. I have her growing in a 2.5x3x3 inch rockwool with a hydroponic drip feed system. I have trimmed her down to a bonsai style where she is short (8 inches) and wide with lots of branches for clones. Yesterday when I peeked in on her I noticed that the cut ends of branches that I had pruned 4-5 days ago are all covered with a light layer of grey mold. The plant itself still looks great but I know that this mold can't be good. Any advice on how to remove this mold and prevent it from returning? This is my 1st mother attempt and obviously I have some things to learn!

The plant is in a 55 gallon rubbermaid (this leaves room for a few moms when I get some more, plus room to start clones) with holes cut for ventilation, a single 40 watt flouro inside keeping her lit. No fan yet (I am working on buying one soon). Maybe that's the problem? Anyway, any help is always greatly appreciated.
