go to your local health center, buy some bentonite.
now go get some green tea. drink the tea on a regular daily basis and follow the directions on the bentonite.
get some cranberry juice. drink that when youre not drinking tea
EXCERSIZE!!!! that is one of the most important things to do.
and if you have access to a sauna, sweat it out.
and be sure to take a multivitamin.
