Will water today help with a test 20+ days from now? It is my understanding that water only works in the final days before the test and that all water is doing is diluting the sample. I'm not trying to dilute, I'm just trying to get clean and remain clean.
Also, is it the same to drink a gallon of tea and count that as a gallon of water? Since it takes 1 gallon of water to make a gallon of tea, is that not the same as drinking a gallon of water?
Also, are there any benefits of drinking tea to help rid my body of thc? I know green tea helps, and I've heard others say herbal tea. But what about just plain tea like everyone drinks?
