I've read yes. I've read no. WHat are your opinions. Does Niacin really help in cleaning your system?

I'm trying to get clean the right way without using any coverups or without diluting my test. I'm trying to just get clean so I have no worries. I am doing cranberry juice daily along with green tea and green tea tablets.

How much will NIACIN really help? And what purpose does it serve in the process of helping me cleans my body?

I purchased a bottle of NIACIN 500 with FLUSH
