Thanks for your advice, too. Glad you didn't go off on my like the other feller above.
I hope after 28 days I am clean. The most common answer both on here and from professionals has been "If you're clean for 1 month, you will pass."
My biggest worry is that I am so overweight that it may stay in my system longer.
As for quitting, it's just that time in life. I love to smoke. But I can't be a casual smoker and just do it here and there. I take it to extreme ($150 per week on average of some funky stuff). And doing that much, needless to say, I don't even feel like I get high anymore. And no doubt, it has made me lazy.
The first 7 days after I quit, I was a monster and I'm sure my wife was ready to leave I was so uptight and hard to live with. But that has gone away now. I am much more calm. It's been rather easy to stay off it and I plan to not do it again.
My biggest 'cleaning agent' has been God. I pray daily, sometimes several times per day, telling God that I want to be different. I know that I will need God on my side in order for me to pass this test.
