i just picked up some lastnight. i remember a little while ago (a month or so) i came home from school and i couldnt sleep so i raided the med cabinet and found some tylenol PM and i was like hell its better then nothing, and suprisinly it did the trick. i might pick up some tylenol pm once this runs out cuz my back usually hurts when im trying to fall asleep. the only thing is it doesnt make me feel refreshed and alive in the morning like restoril used to.
