My last boss was like that.^
He was a great old skewl salesman, with a massive ego.
I was a BDM and he had a go at me for managing, like I was treating on his toes. He yelled at everyone all the time, it was never his fault, but he always had a beer with you at the end of the day, so it was hard to dislike him for long.
Sometimes two people wont get along.
